4BR/4BA for $450k! And Fitzgerald lived there! I’m leaving San Francisco tout de suite. Hello, Baltimore! Now that I think about it, I could toast Poe on his birthday every year, too. Actually did that once back when I lived in DC. Quite the interesting evening, listening to a lecture on bipolar disorder and overhearing a woman say (in complete earnestness): “You know, I take lithium, too. It’s made from dilithium crystals, the stuff that powers the Starship Enterprise.” At the end of the evening, we raised our glasses of cognac and whispered past his grave.
I thought the same thing: 450K for 4 bedrooms. sounds amazing!
I’ll give ‘em five for the plaque.
I loved living in Baltimore. Maybe I’ll move back–oh, heck, I don’t have $450,000.00 to spare.
